We are looking for qualified candidates for:

1.      Process Engineer (PE)

·    Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Material Science or related fields

·    Min 1 year experience in related field

·    Familiar with problem solving methodology and tool improvement program

·    Preferably with PLC and vision (Automation Optical Inspection) programming knowledge, lean Manufacturing and IE/AI knowledge (Automation) with ability to read engineering drawings

·    Working Knowledge and experience in IISO 9001/TS 16949 & ISO 14001 management system

·    Develops process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and improve process quality and efficiency,

·    Can improve process quality and efficiency and prepares process reports

·    Fluent in English both and written

2.      QA Engineer (QE) & Asst Engineer (AE)

·      Degree Quality Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Equivalent

·      Min. 2 – 3 years old experiences in Quality Management in the manufacturing environment

·      Must hands on QMS, NCMR control, inspection & programming of part using Smartcope & CMM

·      Knowledge statistical tool such a DOE, SPC, FMEA, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance

·    Working  Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001/TS 16949 & ISO 14001 management system

·      Trained internal auditor. Lead Assessor will be an advantage

·      Fluent in English both oral and written

3.      Toolmaker/Profile Grinder/(TL)

·      Diploma/Degree in Mechanical

·      Studies drawing or specification and visualizes shape of die, part, or tool and understand the drawing requirements

·      Have experience on Surface grinding machine, Manual, Semi Auto machines

·      Able to read drawings and familiar with software Auto CAD

·      Experience working on profile grinder CNC Milling or Wire EDM, or CNC EDM

·      Min 2 years of tool making experience

·      Verifies dimensions, alignments, and clearance of finished parts, using measuring instruments  such, as callipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial indicators

·      Operates various tool room machining equipments (like surface grinding, milling, drilling)

·      Assemble and troubleshoot skill and improve on tooling improvement
