ASSISTANT HR @ GA MANAGER (AHR)
The job
- Responsible for the office administration, human resource, and general maintenance activities to support the business operations.

- Training plan, preparing job descriptions and ensuring compliance of regulatory requirements by various relevant authorise.

- Recruitment, job orientation and training new employee, coordination of employee’s assessments and evaluation.

- Oversee a team of administration personnel on the daily activities responsibilities.

- Employee’s welfare, record, career development and job enhancement.

- Prepare administration and maintain company salary structure, process payroll, monthly annual budget, and report consolidation for HR Country.

- Provide advise, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation and Others GA Jobs.

ACCOUNTANT/FINANCIAL ANALYST (AFA)

The Job:

- Implement the company policy, system and accounting procedures and internal controls properly

- Consolidated Financial Report for Indonesia

- Understand taxation Indonesia and familiar face tax audits

- Able to be supervision to subordinates and accustomed to working under pressure and the target.

Requirement:

- Education min degree, Minimum 2 years working experience as same position.

- Excellent in English skills and Microsoft Office preferably can operates Oracle system for AFA

- Understand of Industrial Relation, manpower Regulation and Implementation, HRIS and Development for AHR.

- Preferred a Certificate Tax brevet A, B, C for AFA
