Austin Engineering Indonesia is a global engineering company with its core business in the mining and resources sector (the main products dump truck body for mining). We are currently re-enforcing our successful team and inviting highly motivated Indonesian Professionals in fabrication of structural steel, Process skids and Heavy plate industry to join our team



1. WORKSHOP MANAGER

1.    To provide efficient and effective day-to-day management of the workshop activities.
2.    Work together and manage all employees in the Workshop and to ensure a high level of motivation, discipline and morale is maintained
3.    To establish and maintain a strong and professional working relationship with all Managers and all other customers
4.    Verify that all manufacturing is as per the specification and meets the required quality standards
5.     Ensure that all manufacturing is being carried out in the most cost effective manner.
6.    Ensure that all labor hours are properly accounted for .
7.    Carry out your managerial responsibilities in accordance with the companies rules and regulations
8.     Assist HRD in Interviewing, recruitment, and training of employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance appraisals and  Coaching and Counseling
9.    To ensure all Workshop operations complies with HSE procedures

General Requirement
1.    Degree in an Engineering / Technical discipline, at  least 5 years of experience in workshop managerial position, with accomplishments
2.    Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills and English fluency in verbal and writing is a mandatory
3.    Proficient with computer literacy, minimum MS Words, MS Excel and MS Power point, knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
4.    Has the ability to read and interpret documents and technical drawings
5.    A detail oriented person and highly organized, possess strong leadership and good communication skill
6.    Only for Indonesia Citizen (WNI).
7.    Salary is open to negotiation 


2. PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER /ESTIMATING MANAGER
Role and Duties:
  1. Ability and confidence to communicate with major customers in English (Written and Verbally)
  2. Good understanding of all major international codes and standards (ASME, AWS, AS etc.)
  3. Prepare and implement project schedule, Quality Planning, Procurement Planning, Fabrication & Installation planning, Risk Planning, and Budget Cost Planning.
  4. Conduct Project Kick off Meeting with all project with all team member
  5. Cost calculations for labor /Man hours, consumables material
  6. Prepared and implement project schedule, Quality Planning, Procurement Planning, Fabrication & Installation planning, Risk Planning, and Budget Cost Planning
  7. Control project performance in term of such as : cost control, schedule control, quality control, procurement control, and SHE control.
  8. Prepare Project progress report to GM and OD

Job Specification:
General Requirements:
  1. Degree in an Engineering / Technical, Management discipline
  2. Max 45 years old and at least 5 years of experience in a similar type position
  3. Has the ability to manage all operations daily activities in large workforce, excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills
  4. Has the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. You will be able to write routine reports and able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  5. A detail oriented person, KPI, process driven and highly organized, possess strong leadership and good communication skill
  6. Only for Indonesia Citizen (WNI)
  7. Salary is  open to negotiation


3.Welder FCAW
   - 2 year experiences as Welder FCAW
   - Ability to weld FCAW


4. Fitter Fabrication
    - 2 year experiences as Fitter fabrication
    - Can read drawing

5. Painting & Blasting
    - 2 year experiences as Painting & Blasting
