RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing Organization Talent Review, Talent Management System, and L & D programs. Ability in designing training modules and programs.
- Development competency matrix and design learning and developments based on site needs.

- Degree with 10 years HR/Training experiences in Multinational Company.
2. QUALITY COMPLAINT SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review customer complaint report and initiate complaint investigation.
- Collaborate with other Department and generate technical investigation report to respond Customer’s complaint.
- Periodic review of customer’s complaint trends and provides feedback for the effectiveness of corrective preventive actions.
Min Requirement:
- Degree in Science or Engineering , 2 – 3 years experiences in failure/OOS/NCR/Complaint investigation or quality. Functions, Experience with root cause analysis tools and or risk analysis such as: fish bone diagram, 5 WHYS, FMEA and HACCP.
3. TECHNICIAN PRODUCTION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and response to machine breakdown,
Min Requirement:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic, Min 2-3 year experience. Able to working in shift. Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply.
4. AREA TRAINER
RESOPNSIBILITY:
- Conduct on the job skill training to operation personnel
Min. Requirement:
- Diploma majoring in Engineering/Science. Fast learner is a must and willing to work in shift. Has experience as a trainer. Preferable having experiences in medical device manufacturing
5. FACILITIES/WATER SYSTEM ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure Facilities and other related functions are available and in compliance state. Ensure timely Preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and calibration, annual validations are implemented.
- Ensure Safety and Maintenance Control (SAMACO) is performed accordingly.
Min. Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, min 5 years experiences in facility or water system of manufacturing.
6. SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Drive in managing & handling supplier categorization, supplier qualification. Supplier performance monitoring & review, supplier action request. Reduced testing program and supplier monitoring program (onsite audits)
Min. Requirements:
- Graduate Degree in Engineering/Chemistry/Pharmacology. Min. 5 years of relevant experiences.
- Strong knowledge GMP, ISO 9001:2008, FDA & ISO 13485 will be added advantage.
7. SR. COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE
RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Ensure Non Conformance Report (NCR)/ Corrective Action & Preventive Action (GAPA) investigation is in compliance all applicable specification. SOPs, standards, submissions and regulations.
- Ensure that their root cause is identified and closed in a timely manner.
- To train the department personnel to better identify, document and expedite closure of events.
Min. Requirements:
- B.A./B.S in Biology/Life Science/Engineering or other science related or technical field or equivalent work experience. CAPA Expert Certification or other external CAPA progress training. Minimum 5 years of experiences; Multinational & GMP manufacturing preferably.
- Certified Quality Non-conformance investigator.
- Strong Knowledge on statistical method.
- Fluent in English.
8. FORMULATION TECHNICIAN
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute formulation of monomer and or extended ink for supporting Freshlook production.
- Formulate intermediate material (ink paste, binder, etc) in accordance to the schedule and ensuring activities are maintained in good and safe.
Min. Requirement:
- Diploma in chemical engineering/chemical science. Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
General Requirements for All Positions:

Intinya kalau mengelu anda lebih banyak dari pada berusahanya, saya yakin peluang untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan sangat minim
