SERVICES MANAGER
1. Degree in any majoring, preferable from Hospitality Management.
2. Direct experience managing services in, and maintain a world class office or 4-5 star hotel
3. Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity
4. Strong understanding of world class standards for building management and maintenance.
5. A good level of fluency in written & spoken English
6. Excellent problem solving and time management skills, and self motivated with an ability and delegate to support the team.
QA ENGINEER
1. Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Industrial Engineering
2. Min 5 years previous experience in a similar QA role in API Q1 & ISO 9001 implementation
3. Good understanding in pipe manufacturing, welding & fabrication process e.g. API 5L, API 5LD, API 6A, API 6D, API 6DSS, API 5LC, ASME SEC IX, SEC VIII Div-1, SEC V, B31.3
4. Good level of fluency in written & Spoken English
5. Good Team Player
6. Self Motivated
CALIBRATION CONTROLLER
1. Min. D3 with Majoring Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation
2. Familiar with measuring Instrument e.g. vernier, micrometer. Thermometer, hygrometer, load cells. Clamp meter, ball gauges, elcometer, gas analyzer, etc
3. Min 2 years experience in similar capacity
4. Good level of fluency in written & spoken English
5. Good Team Player
