MOULDING MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Responsibilities :
- Undertake Preventive Maintenance, Work Schedule and Procedure and maintain all record
- Maintenance of Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electronics system
- Regular Preventive Maintenance of Injection mould tooling and machines
- Performing deep analysis of part problem and implementing counter-measures to ensure a successful product
- Mould tooling and machines spare part control
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Injection Moulding Process or Maintenance Engineer
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputable university
- Having capability to analyse problem related to moulding process and tooling
- Hands-on with direct corrective action implementation in production floor
- Familiar with Engel and/or Nissel moulding machines will be an advantage
- Must be fluent for both written and spoken in English
CNC MACHINING TECHNICIAN (CNC MT)
We require a skilled Machining Technician, with experience on Swiss Style Horizontal CNC Lathes. These include Citizen M-32, Star SA-16 CNC
Responsibilities :
- Prepare, set, operate and trouble shoot CNC machines and equipment
- Assist with the training of other CNC operators
- Carry out minor and daily maintenance tasks as required, for equipment in Machining areas
- Be responsible for the quality of own work and perform quality checks on work of others
- Maintain the department tooling requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Highly effective communication skills, including a good working knowledge of verbal and written English
- Training in CNC machining operations, including Setting and Troubleshooting
- 5 years minimum experience setting and troubleshooting CNC Machines
- Supporting Polytechnic qualifications and experience on Star or Citizen CNC machines preferable
