We are a new established rubber manufacturing in Batam that produce marine hose and fender urgent looking for the best candidates to fill the following position :
1. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
- Male
- Max 35 years old
- Minimum diploma degree from reputable university
- Have experience min 3 years in same position
- Available working in night shift
- Can control production process to archive target.
- Have a good skill to lead man power and maintain a good relationship to another department.
- Can speak Japanese or English is advantage
- Familiar with 5S implementation,.
- Have a good personality, honest, and have strong responsibility
2. MECHANICAL ENGINEER
- Male
- Max 25 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering major or equivalent
- Minimum have 3 years experience in Mechanical Engineering Work
- Have experience the machine design
- Have a strong knowledge about Mechanical Preventive Maintenance
- Have strong knowledge about PLC (Mitsubishi)
- Familiar to operate Auto CAD
- Have knowledge ISO9001 and 14001
- Have a good personality, honest, and have strong responsibility
3. RECEIVING/SHIPPING OPERATOR
- Male
- Max 25 years old
- Minimum Senior high school.
- Have experience min 2 years in same position
- Possessing forklift license is a must.
- Can speak English min passive
- Able to operate computer
- Familiar with 5S implementation
- Have a good personality, hones and have strong responsibility.
4. CHEMICAL ENGINEER
- Male
- 24 – 30 years old
- Minimum bachelor degree of Chemical Engineering.
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Have knowledge about chemical specially about Polymer.
- Have a huge willing to learn new things.
- Have knowledge in ISO9001 and 14001
- Excellent in English both oral and written, having TOEIC with min score 500 is an advantage.
