1. EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER
Qualification:
- Male 30 years and above
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in live star hotel at the same position or assistant executive housekeeper
- Skilled on housekeeping and laundry operation
- Excellent leadership and organization skill
- Ability t communicate in English and computer literate
- Will be based in Bintang
2. CHIEF STEWARD
Qualification:
- Male below 35 years old
- Ability to communicate in English and computer literate
- Minimum 2 years experience in five star hotel at the same position or assistant Chief Steward
- Excellent leadership and organizational skill
- Efficient & Creative
- Hardworking and committed towards work
- Have good knowledge of stewarding will be based in Bintan
3. ORGANIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree (required) or Master’s Degree (preferred) from organization development, business or public administration, human resource.
- 5 (Five) years of leadership experience in developing and implementing program in organizational development, strategic planning, employee and management training, leadership development.
- Interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to recognize problems and issue analyze, formulate and implement appropriate solution
- Knowledge of the methods and procedure in developing and implanting organizational effectiveness and leadership development programs
4. SENIOR SALES MANAGER (Jakarta)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Economic (Marketing), Management, Tourism (Hotel) Management or any relevant areas.
- Experienced for 5 – 7 years as Sales Personnel Management or Reservation/Front Office preferably in hotel/resort background of an equivalent style/size operation
- Full knowledge of Sales and Marketing standards operation procedure and strategy
- Able to communicate with all level of associates and guest
- Customer oriented and able to handle all level of guest.
- Posses a valid driving license will be an advantage
- Will be based at Jakarta
5. PUBLIC RELATION MANAGER (Bintan)
Qualifications:
- Female, age 25 – 35 years old
- University degree from Public Relation/Communication,
- 3 – 4 years experienced as Public Relation & Media Coordinator.
- Must to communicate and written in English Computer and preferably has background of Graphic design Media application Based at Bintan
6. DRAFTER
Qualification:
- Male below 28 years old
- 2 – 3 years experienced as Drafter.
- Education diploma 3 Civil Engineering, minimum building vocational high school
- Familiar with computer
- Having ability to use Auto Cad 2D and 3D program,
