URGENTLY REQUIRED

PT. EPC-M Fabricator Perkasa, is engaged in the oil & gas (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Manufacturing) Company in Batam, Currently looking motivated and high working spirit personal to fill the position:



1. PROJECT MANAGER

Description of Function, Essential and Preferred Skills:

1. Supervise and direct operations on construction project to make sure it is completed safety, on time and within budget

2. Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy or related field

3. Previous Project management experience in the Oil and Gas industry and/or Engineering Construction/Fabrication

4. Conversant with international Codes and Standards

5. Strong managerial ability and a creative approach to problem solving

6. Able to communicate effectively with globally diverse clients, contractors and suppliers

7. Able to take on responsibility and make decisions

8. Contractual correspondence

9. Obtaining appropriate Extension of Time Management, interim and final account agreement of subcontract good quality and accurate records are kept Drafting Claims (where appropriate) for approval prior to submission Maintenance of cost control systems for demonstration to clients (where required)

10. To assist in the provision of a commercial appraisal of a project for external audit puposes

2. GENERAL AFFAIR

Description of Function, Essential and Preferred Skills:

1. Manage General Affair Functions in order to support the business operations within the organization.

2. Male of Female max. 30 years old.

3. Hold a min Diploma (S1) degree in Office Management or related field of studies

4. Min 3 years working experience (in Oil and Gas industries would be preferred)

5. Deep knowledge of GA Functions.

6. Having experience in making relationship with business partner in relation to GA functions.

7. Computer literate and knowledge in MS Office (esp. MS Excel), Good English speaking and writing skills.

8. Good interpersonal skills, leadership, honest, confident, active, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team

3. HR COORDINATOR

Description of Function, Essential and Preferred Skills:

1. Assist HR Manager to manage Human Resources and all projects implementation.

2. Monitor the progress of human plan and report regularly to HR Manager

3. Prepare periodical (monthly, quarterly, semester, yearly) management report and facilitate the review of company and unit performance.

4. Have experience of Payroll, Tax 21 and employee benefit

5. Deep knowledge of HR Coordinator.

6. Maintain and execute organizational values in order to building organization culture.

7. Communication effectively with Project Managers and all employees.

8. Communication effectively and dealing with Government.

9. Hold a min Bachelor (S1) degree in law or Psychology or Management related field of studies

10. Good interpersonal skill, leadership, honest, confident, active, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
