1. Production supervisor (Fabrication or Welding Supervisor)

As a Supervisor you will load a team of manufacturing employess and responsibilities will include, but are no limited to :

• Maintaining a safe work place
• Ensure production meets quality standards
• Maintaining an environment of continuous improvement
• Determines priorities and schedules the sequence of jobs
• Determines overtime needs, determines priorities when resource are insufficient, and decides when disciplinary action is necessary
• Ensure production meets quality / cost standards
• Ensure necessary parts and materials are ordered and distributed in a timely and efficient manner
• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency
• Works to improve processes, timelines and reduce costs by eliminating non - value added activities
• Ensures preventive maintenance is performed according to schedule
• Implements various corporate initiatives such as 5S, Lean Manufacturing, 6 sigma, Internal Certification, etc
• Evaluates, assesses, and identifies training needs of the workforce
• Performs the following CPS - related duties :
• Accountability for value stream mapping 
• Resource allocation to meet requirements
• Trains and models the CPS Guiding Principles
• Deploys process improvement dialogues
• Deploy Root Cause Corrective Action on issues that arrise and drive continuous improvement 
• Reports section status and monitors and sudits related metrics
• Leads efforts to develop and deploy standard work for each work area

You will learn the Caterpillar Production on System and use processes such as 6 Sigma, Learn Manufacturing, and 5S, We are looking for angaged and self - motivated individuals with the following qualifications :

Required Qualifications :

• College or University degree in an operations - related or engineering discipline
• Thorough knowladge of welding and Machining processes (Production Supervisor)
• Familiarity with materials and quality objectives
• Good interpersonal and collaborations skills 
• The desire to be part of a world Class Team
• Good communications in English
• Familiar with Engineering Drawing
• Experienced on lead and interaction directly with people

2. Logistics Supervisor / Engineer

As a logistics Supervisor, you will manage inbound and outbound logistics management to ensure the timely and efficient receipt and delivery of material to activity points along the material flow path. You will perform activites to ansure material is shipperd, received, stored or deivered quckly and efficiently. Additionlly, you will provide logistics management, analysis and support of inbound material flow.

Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :

• Providing supports and assistance to business unit or facility groups to resolve transportation issue
• Providing overall management of the facility freight expanses, including filing carries loss and damaged frieght
• calims and monitoring, analysing and performing root cause corrective actions to resolving freight non-compli-ance issues
• Using the CPS Guiding Principles, leading aggressive continuous improvement effrts to :
• Eliminate excess inventory
• Manage material to PFEP-defined flow paths

• Provide development, maintenance and support of transportation requirements for the customer, including 

• Determining appropriate mode and carrier
• Monitor carrier performance, determine root cause and take corrective action 
• Decrease transportation costs and reduce premium freight expense
• Improve carrier quality and container scheduling and availability
• Manage and support business unit of facility logistics activities

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Supply Chain ? Logistic or Transportation Management
• Extensive maerial ditribution experience : knowladge of material handling equipment
• Working understanding of the various materials systems and how they interrelate
• Capable of working and communication with a varuety of company (all Levels) and supplier personnel
• Knowladge and understanding of 6 Sigma project management principle
• CPS Functional Job Role Qualified
• Strong analytical and problem - solving skills 
• Developing and deploying craetive / original  solutioons to complex problems
• Solid product knowledge
• College or iuniversity degrre, preferably in Supply Chain and / or Logistic Management or Industrial Engineering 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Able to work independently with minimal direction 
• Solid Logistics and manufacturing knowledge

Desired Qualifications :

• APICS CPIM or CSPC National Certification
  

3. Welder

• As a welder you will conduct welding or product manufacturing and responsibilities will include, but are not  limited to :
• Seting up and / or fitting up parts based on Engineering Drawing, do self - inspection prior welding process
• Performing task before, during and after welding, spot welding and full welding
• Performing inspecting and cleaning to the product
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of working area

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum education Senior High School
• Able to read Engineering Drawing
• GMAW 
• Min 2G Welding Position
• Minimum 1 year experience for the same capacity 
• Able to operate overhead crane & scissor lift would be advantage
• English Skill Minimum Passive
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong personal initiative, team spirit, careful, considerate and diligent.

4. QC Assembly inspector

• Performing assembly inspection, forque connection inspection, tube and hoses connection leak test.
• Full assembly performance test
• Create inspection report & report analysis to the supervisor
• Performing day to day inspection to the product follow SWS/SOP & Safety regulation.
• Maintain Quality Equipment and supporting tools.

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum education Senior High School
• Able to interpret Engineering Drawing
• Understand routing system interpretation
• Certified level 2 NDT (UT, MT, PT) would be advantage
