We are currently looking for highly motivated individual to joint us as :

HR Officer

Job description :

• Manages Human Resources operation activities (recruitment, selection, orientation, compensation, employee contracs and records, training, leave management etc.)
• Handle company's license and legal matter such as Domisili, izin, Usaha, TDP, BKPM reporting, BPJS kesehatan and ketenagakerjaan application, notarized etc.
• Provide regular report to Manpower office Department and other government organizations as when required.
• Handle payroll processing including overtime calculation, taxes submission and pay related matters.
• Handle expatriate work permit including business visa application
• Monitor and control employee compliance with the Company Policy and update if necessary
• Responsible for all company related security matters.
• With compensation and benefit knowladge which include salary review, market adjusment and performance sppraisal process.
• perform other related duties as required by tha Plant Manager.

Qualifications :

• At least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychologi, Law or equivalent.
• Good knowladge in indonesia Labour law, employment regulations, compensation and benefit, general administration, training management.
• Good communication skill, active English, good computer skill especially MS-Office and MS-Excel.
• Mnimal experience: 4 years in similar position.
• Preferably having a good relationship with Man- Power Office Dept. and other related Government organizations.
• Independent and meticulous.
• With HR Full spectrumn knowlade and experience.
