PT. Amtek Engineering Batam is the company which is specialized in Precision Metal Stamping and subsequent secondary processes. we are now looking for suitable candidate for :

1. LOGISTICS ASST. MANAGER

Requierement & Responsibilities :

• Min. Diploma 3 
• Manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, optimize and coordinate full order cycle 
• Supervise, conduct regular werehaouse checks and monintor stock inventory 
• To coordinate delivery for the purpose of fulfilling the customer's delivery requirement 
• Prepare stacking / storage plans and loading plans for incoming and outgoing goods 
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to access performance and implement improvement 
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience 
• Must Have Knowladge of IDO / TS 16949 & ISO 14001 standard will be and advantages
• Fluent in English both verbal and written  

2. QA ENGINEER

Requierement & Responsibilities :

• Min. Diploma 3 
• Min 3 years working experience 
  
• Knowladge of 8D methodology :Statistical tools such as cause and effect analysis, SPC, MSA, FMEA & QC Tools and able to use mini tab and six sigma trained will be added advantage 
• Able to interpret technical drawing and knoledge in GDT is added advantage 
• Direct interface with customer on new product introduction requirement 
• Drive root cause analisys, corrective and preventive actions with process owners for part quality resolution 
• Generate and deliveri 8D report to customer 
• Resposible for customer's Quality feedback or new/revised requirement 
• Must Have Knowladge of IDO / TS 16949 & ISO 14001 standard will be and advantages 
• Fluent in English both verbal and written 

3. TOOLMAKER / TECHNICIAN

Requierement & Responsibilities :

• Min. Diploma 3 
• Able to read drawing, to use instrument minimum micrometer & ternier caliper 
• Able to operate Lathe, Milling, Drilling and surface grinding 
• Have knoladge of JIG & fixture 
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
