We are one of the world leading japanese connector's manufacturer located in Bintan Industrial Estate, Lobam. We specialized in High Precision Plastic Molding and Assemblu of Elctronic Connectors which are widely used in many of the electronic devices such as laptop, coputers, smart phones, digital appliances, LCD TVs, etc
In line with our expansion plan, we are inviting suitable and individuals to apply for the following positions :
General Requrements :
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3 or S1)
- Fluent in English both oral anda written
- Familiar with MS office (Excel, word, power Point)
- Familiar wtih ISO 9001, ISO 14001 dan 50-S
- Ability to work undet pressure
1. ASSISTANT MANAGER (Engineering)
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor Degree majoring on Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or equvalent
- At least have 5 years experience in same position in manufacturing company
- Able to manage all Engineers to support production to ensure goos productivities and maintain and maintain machine performance
- Strong analytical and organization skill, plus excellent problem - solving ability
- Expected to create new ideas in order to make cotinuous improvements
- Good knowladge on pneumatic system
- Able to use AutoCAD 2D/3D
2. SENIOR ENGINEER (Training Section)
- At least have 3 years experience in same posistion in manufacturing company
- Able to make training program and carry out based on schedule
- Coordinate all trainers to conduct training effectively and reviewing the result
- Good interpersonal skill, leadership, mentoring, communication and presentations skill
- Reviewing training module periodically
- Able to make training summary report
3. ASSISTANT ENGINEER (QC/QA)
- Have experience in same position at least 2 years in electronic manufacturing company
- Strong analytical and organizational skill, plus excellent problem - solving ability
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment with minimum supervision
- Able to handles customer complaints by conducting investigation and providing possible solutions
- Have and understanding on conduction internal process audit
4. ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR (Production)
- At least have 2 years experience in same position in manufacturing company
- Understand to do problem solving with 5 why analysis, PDCA and using statistical tools
- Able to manage all production resources to meet quantity and quality target
- Able to do manpower planning
- Able to make production report
