PT. United Sindo Perkasa (www.vallianzholdings.com) is a shipyard company located at Jalan Raya Pelabuhan Lama Kabil, Nongsa - Batam.
Now is urgently required for :
MANAGER (HR)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR function, such as manpower planning, recruitment and selection, payroll, industrial relationship (IR), HR policies & proedures, compensations & developments, foreign worker arrangement, administration and company legal.
- Lialse with government department such as Disnaker (Indonesia MOM), immigrations, ets. with regards to industrial relationship issues.
- Supervise and motivate all employees for effective execution of assigned tasks and duties.
- Maintaining the environment of the office is well up-kept
- Performing additional HR activities, administrative functions and office managements.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required by superiors.
Requirements :
- Candididae must prosess at least Degrre in Law, Business studies (administrations/Management, Human Resources Management of Equivalent.
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
- Fluent in madarin will be an added advantage
- Excellence communications skill and able to interact with all levels of people perfectly.
- Min. 3 (three) years of relevant working experience are required for this position.
- Computer literate/good knowladge in IT
