we are looking for below position to join our company :

1. QUALITY ENGINEER

Qualifications/Requirements :

• Male max 35 years old, D3/S1 degree.
• Min experience 2 years at the same position or process engineering.
• Knowladge of tools, and methodologies of QA/Process Quality Control.
• Possess strong analytical skills, good attitude, fast decision.
• English is a must.

Job responsibilities :

• Analyses data to identify areas for process improvement 
• would be placed in area of quality surface treatment process and front process
• Follow up and investigate customer complain and Non-conformance detected by production or inspection.
• To prepare the process flow and quality control standard at production area and ensure its followed.
• Prepare the quality report and analysis by presentation.

2. CUSTOMER SERVICES STAFF

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Female or male max 35 years old, D3/S1 degree
• Good communication skill and English is a must 
• Expert in Computer - literate ( excel, word, Outlook, etc).
• Experience to record Purchase Orders from Costumers
• Understand about maintain prices list within the system
• Make saless report per costumers and type of activities
• Ensure that delay of deliveries negotiated with supply chain are respested
• Invoices product delivered to costumers to inform them about all issues that could delay deliveries,
• Deal with cutomers' claim (record, transmit to Quality department, revert to customers to inform correction actions.
• Deal with administration of Certificate of Origin (coQ)
