INJECTION MOULDING ENGINEER

PT Ronstan Intrernational a world leader in manufacture of sailing boat Hardware and Architectural Fittings and is located At Batamindo Industrial park. We have a small Moulding Department comprising Engel and Nissei Injection Moulding Machines

We require a skilled injetion Moulding Engineer with the following duties :

• Organise and Co - Ordinate the activities within the injection Moulding Department
• Provide trobleshooting resource for new and existing tooling
• Responsibilty for the maintenance of injection Moulding Machines, Ancillary Equipment and Mould Tools.
• Training of Mould Technicians and Mould Operators
• maintain Tool Storage, Housekeeping and oranisational standards
• Responsible for Department Quality Standards

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a injection Moulding Engineer or Supervisor
• Working knowladge and experience of Injection Mould tool design, manufacture and repair
• polytech school qualification or above 
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and writing
