A very interesting and challenging role in a superb business hotel in Palu (Sulawesi).

This new hotel, managed by Bencoolen International, is searching for below position.

Hotel & Feature

+/- 140 rooms, 1 restaurant, lobby bar, 1.000 m2 of meeting space, Fitness, Pool and Spa.

CHIEF ENGINEER

Responsibility :

• Responsible to set-up your respective department, including policy & procedure of International standard
• Interview, select, hire, train and manage the staff
• Day to day operation of your department
• Responsible for the financial objective of your department
• Develop and implement operational system and check list to ensure efficient operation

Profile 

• Relevant degree or related business disciplines
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Highly developed organizational and time management skills
• Team player and positive attitude
• Effective management skills (upwards and downwards) and the willingness to train others
• Strong leadership (lead by example), tactical skills, result oriented and problem solver
• Energetic, hands-on, flexible, motivated and able to work independently
• Hard working with a good working track record
• Aspires to achieve goals and set targets
• Experience with the PMS-VHP

ROOM DIVISION MANAGER

Responsibility :
