GENERAL MANAGER

Job Description 

• Ensure and improve the performance, efficiency and profitability of yard operation and heavy equipment operation throug the provision of effective methods and strategies
• Leading companies and a motivator for employees
• Managing the daily opertions of the company
• Plan, implement, coordinate, supervise and analysis all the company's business activities
• Manage the company in accordance with the vision and mission of the company 
• To Plan, manage and oversee the company's budgeting prosess
• Plan and control the policy of the company's budgeting process
• Plan and control the policy of the company to run a maximum degan
• Ensuring every department do with the company's strategy effectively and optimally
• Managing the company's financial budget
• Decide and make policies for the advancement of the company
• Establish procedures and company standards
• Plan and execute the company's medium -term strategic plan and long term for the company's progress

Job Requirement

• Male, age Minimum 45
• Education - Major : S1 All Management, Technical.
• Minimum experience as General Manager/ Operational Manager/ Plan Manager for 5 years
• Understanding financial statements
• Negotiation and communication skills, Leadesrship, Problem solving and decision making.
• Good command in English & Indonesia
• Target oriented

HR COORDINATOR

Job Requirement

• Male, age Max 35
• Education - Major : D3, S1 law, HR Management
• Minimum experience as the same position for 5 years
• Uderstand Indonesia Law
• Negotiation and communication skills, Leadership and problem solving
• Good command in Englsih & Indonesia
• Able to work  independent, under pressure & target oriented
• Having good relationship to local government
• Self-motivated & initiative
