Equipment Manager

Responsibilities :

• Direct activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting. repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment in order to attain goals consistent with cost, quality and delivery requirements
• Coordinate maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations.
• Administer safety programs in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for employess.
• Test Engineering Manager

Responsibilities :

• Direct and coordinate electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, telemeter and record test data.
• Interface and confder with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system mainfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues.
• Maintain awareness of testing alternatives at a level where they can be analyzed and the most effective testing strategy selected and agreed.

Program Manager

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments mode relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
• Review program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phoses of program
• Coordinate program activities with activities from governmental regulatory or other governmental agencies. 

Requirements for Managers' positions :

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years related working experiencein a similiar manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in the English language, both written and oral is essntial.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Batam.

Equipment Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary :

Mechanical : Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as canveyor systems; and production machines and equipment.
Electrical : Maintain and troubleshoot in circuit and fanctional testers, associated test fixtures, stress chambers and chamber racks to ensure manufacturing  test equipment it on - line.

Responsibilities :

• Identify machine malfunctions and isolate the failure mechanism through troubleshooting.
• Repair the failure mechanism in the most cost- effective manner.
• Perform calibration, re- qualification and preventive maintenance ar specified intervals and schedules.

Quality Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation.
• Develop and implement methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and deise methods to assess cost and responsibility.
• Direct workers enganged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.

Material Planning Analyst

Responsibilities :

• Manage materials Clear to Build and Excess & Obsalescence.
• Ensure delivery with accurate CTB on - time.
• Validate demand and work closely with Program Management and PPS during MRC commit on material availability
• Program Administrator 

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the review of program proposals or palns to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program
• Confer with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of Outhority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.
• Work with Program/Engineering Manager to coordinate activities of Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the necessary matrix relationships.
• Occasional travel to customer locations;

Associate Production Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• Lead a team to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness per requirements.
• Review daily / regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that wil improve efficiencies / quality.
• Troubleshoot / analyse operational problems and advises on their resolution. Hold regular discussions with Operators to coach on performance and improve operational understanding / capability.

Requirements for Non - Managers' positions :

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Science discipline or its equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years related working experience in a similiar manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and oral, is essntial.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Batam.For Quality Engineer - Knowladge in using roof cause analysis tool and process control tools for future product quality improvements; prossess sense of investigate attitude, analytical and a team player.

For Material Planning Analyst- Possess analytical and judgemental skills as well as a team player.

Test Technician

Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain and improve all test and burn - in processes within areas of responsibility.
• Period cally review all process specifications to determine accuracy in the process requirements and test techniques.
• Update specifications as required.
• Ensure test and burn - in processes are within safety standards, ISO - 9000 and BABT compliance.
• Consistently review quality vields and develop corrective actions to eliminate any vield detractors, further improve the process and product relability.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or its equivalent (D3)
• Minimum 2 year related working experience in a similiar manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in the English language both written and oral is essential.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Batam.
