1. SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER
Technical Qualifications :
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical / Electronic or Mechatronics) & having strong experience of working in a quality improvement role
- Minimum 8 years experience for similiar position. Experience managing a certivied Quality Management System (e.g TS16949, ISO) or relevant experience
- Proven track record with problem solving techniques - Six Sigma, 8D, Pareto Chart, Regression Analysis, ANOVA, DOE, Fish Bone Analysis
- Working experience in quality analysis and control - Process Flow Diagrams, Process FMEAs, Process Control Plans, SPC, MSA, Capability
- Project management experience; Certifications such as ASQ, Six Sigma (GB/BB), Lead Internal Auditor is an advantage.
2. SENIOR MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Technical Qualification :
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical / Electronics or Mechatronics).
- A minimum of 10 years of working experiences, minimum of 5 years experiences in the manufacturing industries.
- Has knowladge of Industrial Maintenance philosophies and techniques (OEE, TPM, SMED)
- Understanding of wide range of engineering function and procedures
- Demonstrate ability to upgrade and retrofit equipment.
General Requirements (Position 1 & 2)
- Strong root cause analisys & analytical problem solving skills with good decision making ability.
- Team oriented with a priority on organizational goals, motivated by accomplishments
- Strong sense of urgency and dedication to pursuing operational excellence
- Good communication in English for both verbal and technical writing Skills
- Competent teamwork and leadership
- Demonstrate ability to respond positively when under pressure
- Has a quality mindset, demonstrate ability to lead improvement activities.
