PT Ronstan International is a word leader in the manufacture of sailing Boat Hardware and Architectural Fittings. We have recently established a factory at Batamindo Industrial Park.
We required a skilled Machining Technician, with experience on Swiss Style Horizontal CNC Lathes.. These include Citizen M-32, Star SR - 20 and Star SA-16 CNC. For Position :
CNC MACHINING TECHNICIAN
Duties include :
- Prepare, set, operate and trouble shoot CNC machines and equipment
- Assist with the training of other CNC operators
- Be responsible for the quality of own work and perform quality checks on work of others
- Maintain the department tooling requirements,
Qualifications and requirements :
- Highly effective communication skills, including a good working knowladge of verbal and written english
- Able to create simple program with Fanuc or Mitsubishi system
- 5 years minimum experience setting and troubleshooting CNC Machines on Star or Citizen machines preferable
- Graduated from Mechanical Engineering Diploma or Degree
