PT. VMC FISHING TACKLE INDONESIA. We are looking for below position to join our company:
Customer Service Staff
Qualification / Requirements :
- Female / Male mas 35 years old. D3/ S1 degree
- Good communication skill and English is a must
- Strong in Computer - literate, Strong with Excel formula's and function's is a must
- (e.g. vlookup/hlookup, pivot table and some other formulas) word, Outlook, etc).
- Experience as customer service / planner in manufacturing is a must.
- Understand Supply Chain delivery date and able to provide acknowledgement of Order to customers
- Understand about maintain prices list within the system
- Able to make sales report per customers and type of activities
- Able to ensure delivery was on schedule and that delay of deliveries negotiated with asupply chain are respected
- Able to do Invoicing of products delivered to customers based upon packing lists
- Able to work in team especially with account department for payment of customers and revive them to obtain it
- Able to deal with customers about all isues that could delay delivery including for any calims (record, transmit to Quality department, revert to customers to inform correction actions),
- Experience to dela with administration of Certificate of Origin (CoO) will be a plus point
