PT. WIK FAR EAST BATAM, a newly established German Company, manufactured Domestic Home Appliances products in Batam at Panbil Industrial Estate, looking for experienced personnel for the following position :

1. PROJECT LEADER ENGINEER
2. MOLDING / DIE CASTIN SUPERVISOR
3. ORDER MANAGEMENT
4. BUYER
5. PROCESS ENGINEER
6. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
7. INDIRECT PURCHASING

Requirements : (1,2,3,4,5,6,7)

1. Coordinate all new models implementation in Production line/ Coordinate all transfer project to Batam/ coordinate cross functional team for all Project / Knowladge and experience in SAP, SAP BOM & Ms Project Strong interpersonal skill, ability to leads strong team/ Able to communicate Mandarin will be an advantage (1)
2. Design & create the most efficient, effective tooling for production /Continues process improvement to achieve most efficiencies, yields, costs and change overs/ Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards, focus in FTQ (First Time Quality)/ Process critical thinking skills, a desire to improve processes and the ability to take ownership of critical activities / knowladge and expert in Lean Management and Line design concept /Knowladge in SAP and SAP BOM (2)
3. Experience with Machine Mold / Tooling Maintenance /work Independently/ Die Casting /Maintain Manpower (3)
4. Responsibility for operation performed in a ship or group production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and coast goals / lead a team comprising individual professional to meet quality cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements/Review daily/ reglarly plant operation perfromance/ Troubleshoots/ Analyses operational problems and advises on their resolution, holds regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational capability/ experience in SAP (4)
5. Received order / Monitor and evaluate customer need/ good customer service/ good analyses skill/ Able to communicate Mandarin will be an advantage/ experience 1 year in similiar position in electronics manufacturing (5)
6. Has a knowladge tooling (6)/ knowladge and experience in SAP system/ Able to communicate Mnadarin will be an advantage (6,7)

General Requirements;

• Diploma III or BAchelor degree in relevant subject
• Has 3-5 years of experience in the similiar position in electronics manufacturing company
• English proficiency both oral & written
• Good communication & interaction skills
