Vacancy, An etablished manufacturing company located at Batamindo invites suitable candidates for the post of :

QA Manager Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities :

- Work with Group Quality System Manager to identify and implement continuous quality imrovement programmes;
- Lead in preventing production quality from deviating from the standards set and to ensure all root causes to deviation are identified and eradicated promptly and systematically;
- Provide technical advice to production supervisors on best practices on quality improvement initiatives;
- Conduct periodic with production supervisors on quality issues;
- Prepare the Company for quality reports for future reference;
- Ensure sobordinates perform their duties accordingly to work requirement;
- Support and equip staff with training and personal development program for better job performance anf competency;
- Provide guidance to subordinate in setting work objectives and achieving department targets;
- Promote and encourage subordinates participation in the company total quality activities.

Requirements :

• S1 Degree or Diploma with Technical/ Engineering background
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in QA/ QC
• ISO 9001 & 14001 experience and exposed TQM
• Able to handle customer complaints
• Proficient in English
• Strong computer knowladge
• Good interpersonal skills, pro-active, hardworking, initiative and enthusiasm.
• Highly initiative and effective in teamwork as well as able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to commence work within one month after confirmation.
