Machine Shop Supervisor

Role and Duties:

• Plan all machine and machine shop activities to optimize manpower and machine allocations
• Monitor and measure individual production performance and productivity against personaal and machines
• Manage flow of materials through the machine shop
• Manage machine shop safety including housekeeping
• Eligibility:
• Degree or minimum Diploma 3 from Engineering Background
• 4-5 years experience in welding and cladding at a supervisory level
• Experience in Manufacturing process
