PT. Ronstan International is a world leader in the manufacture of sailing Boat Hardware and Architecture os Sailing Boat Hardware and Architecture Fittings. We have recently established a factory at Batamindo Industrial Park.
We require a skilled Machining Technician, with experience on Swiss Style Horizontal CNC Lathes. These include Citizen M32 Star SR-20 and Star SA-16 CNC
Duties include:
Prepare, set, operate and trouble shoot CNC machines and equipment
Assist with the training of other CNC operators
Be responsible for the quality of own work and perform quaity checks on work of others
Maintain the department tooling requirements
Qualification and Requirements
- Highly effective communication skills, including a good working knowladge of verbal and written English
- Able to create simple program with Fanuc or mitsubishi system
- 5 years minimum experience setting and troubleshooting CNC achines on Star or citizen machines preferable
