PT Kalimantan Prima Services Indonesia (KPSI) is a multinational company that leads a forestry industry (HTI), chip mills projects and operations in East & North Kalimantan. Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are looking for the highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team in the following positions and requirements:

1. NURSERY ASSISTANT/ASKEP (NRY)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Nursery Operation for Forest Plantation (HTI) with new technology/modern for Eucalyptus & Acacia & based on planting target with strong analytical skills in problems solving, budgeting, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Employees Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry from reputable university.
• Min. 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Good English and computer literacy.
• Willing to work at site forestry.

2. MECHANIC HE & TRUCK (MECH)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced as Mechanic Maintenance Truck (TR) & Heavy Equipment (HE).

Requirement:

· Min. SMK, 3 years experience as Mechanic Workshop Heavy Equipment & Truck.
· Willing to work at site forestry.

3. AUTO ELECTRIC HE & TRUCK (AUTO)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced as Auto Electric maintenance Truck (TR) & Heavy Equipment (HE).

Requirement:

· Min. SMK, 3 years experience as Mechanic Workshop Heavy Equipment & Truck.
· Willing to work at site forestry.

4. EHS & CERTIFICATION SUPERINTENDENT (EHS)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced for design, implementation, communication and coordination of safety programs to support company goals, able made report and support the superior as well. This position will develop and provide technical and administrative direction on Safety decision, the which bear critical importance to overall Division objectives and operations.

Requirements:

. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in K3/Environment/ Forestry/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
. Minimum 3 years experienced in same position.
. Certified AK3 Umum, OHSAS 18001 Etc.
· Good Communication in English both oral and written and Computer Literate

5. HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERINTENDENT (HR-SUPT)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in plan, design & implement of Human Resources Management, such as Recruitment, Training, and Industrial Relation with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.

Requirements:

· Graduated Min. S1 degree Majoring Law/Psychology/Management from reputable University
· Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
· Good Communication in English both oral and written (Mandarin skills is preferred)

The ideal candidate will be understanding in Forest Planning (Plantation/HTI) activities, able to operate Arc GIS, rules of licensing and land matters with strong computer and organizational skills.

Requirements:

. Bachelor Degree in Geography, Forestry or Agriculture.
. Familiar to operate Arc GIS and Survey tolls.
. Understand to handle UAV/Drone
. Min. 2 year experience in a similar position.
. Willing to work at site forestry.

8. HARVESTING ASSISTANT/ASKEP (HVS)

The ideal candidates will an experienced in plan, implement and control wood harvesting process, Heavy Equipment & Truck operation in Forest Plantation Industry (HTI) with strong computer (Ms Offices), leadership and communication skill.

Requirements:

· Min. Diploma Degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Technic Machine or related.
· Min. of 2 years experience in similar position.
· Willing to work at site forestry.
