1. Radio Operator & Helideck Landing Officer

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Participate in all radio operator & helideck landing officer activities in a safe and reasonable manner at all times as per Marine and Logistic Superintendent instructions.
• Maintain close liaison with the Deck Foreman and Marine and Logistic Superintendent during the Operations and ensure good communication and cooperation with the crews involved.
• Guarantee good performance of the radio operator & helideck landing officer activities and establish a check list.
• Report to the Marine and Logistic Superintendent for any deficiencies or malfunctions or outstanding in the field.
• Ship/Vessel movement responsibility.
• ERT Team member.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificates REOR (Radio Electronic & Operator Radio) from Postel and HLO certified Dephub or competencies from approved training body.
• Computerize Documentation System.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• At least 5 years experience as offshore RO & HLO.

2. Admin & Document Controller

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Re-checking hardcopy of final handover documentation, barcode each binder, label archive boxes, manage boxes deliver to offsite storage and update archive database.
• Update Document Map.
• Support Operations in searching/finding/printing documents and note any missing/incorrect document.
• Register MOC number, manage approval signature, scan and file as appropriate
• Register, scan and file new Operations documents.
• Replace superseded hardcopy in DC room and offsite storage.
• Arrange Data Books in book-shelf in DC room, develop register and labelling as well.
• Distribute documents and manage outgoing documents.
• Reformatting Operations Procedure/Manuals.
• Arrange archive boxes for other department at FPU.
• Files preparation before upload into Fi le Management System (FMS).
• Perform as drafter as necessary.
• Perform reading data as requested.
• Liaise with Medic, Maintenance Reporting and Control Coordinator and HLO for POB arrangement coordination.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Computer: Familiar with Microsoft Office application & SAP user.
• Computerize Documentation System.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• >5 years administration experience.

3. Crane Operator

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Willing to learn about the operating and maintenance manual for all the offshore pedestal cranes.
• Perform pre-crane start-up check-list and inspection before Operations and report any damage of any part of the FPU’s lifting gear.
• Participate in all lifting activities in a safe and reasonable manner at all times as per Deck Foreman instructions.
• Maintain close liaison with the Deck Foreman and Marine Supt during the Operations and ensure good communication and cooperation with the crews involved.
• Guarantee good performance of the lifting activities and establish periodically a maintenance check list.
• Fill-in crane logbook with list of events and maintenance performed, overload, survey, load test, and any deficiencies.
• Report to the Deck Foreman, and Maintenance Supervisor for any deficiencies or malfunctions or outstanding maintenance.
• Supervise Technician when greasing cables and wire ropes.
• Assist deck team in heavy maintenance operations.
• Assist with general shipboard daily maintenance and Storeman activity when no crane operations are needed.
• Touch-up t he paintwork on the crane whenever necessary.
• Train local personnel in the use of cranes and other lifting gear on board if required.
• Ensure a proper hand-over with back-to-back.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificates of crane competencies from approved training body (MIGAS, Naker,etc.).
• Computer: Familiar with Microsoft Office application.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• At minimum 5 years experience as offshore crane operator.

4. Field Laboratory Technician

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities

. Main tasks of the Field & Lab Technician will be routine Operation and Maintenance; be the interface with other CONTRACTOR’S personnel (e.g. call center, engineering support from CONTRACTOR, etc.) :
• Perform Daily report to operation regarding the performance of chemicals including actual chemical consumption, oil quality and water quality analysis result.
• Prepare standard operating procedure for laboratory equipment and sampling analysis.
• Perform daily water analysis.
• Maintain chemical stock on FPU and at the injection containers.
• Troubleshooting.
• Corrosion and scale monitoring.
• Perform Glycol, chlorine and others additional analyses as requested by operations.
• Collect water, gas and oil sample as requested by operation.
• Measure and record sampling analysis result from wells and process facilities, MRU, gas quality, produced water and condensate.
• Maintain chemical pump performance.
• Monitor chemical consumption.
• Housekeeping at chemical injection skid and laboratory.
• Conduct minor repairs on chemical pump, tubing and check valve.
• Managing empty tote tank, ISO tank.

Qualifications & Experience

• Holding Minimum Diploma Degree in related chemical engineering/science.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in the oil & gas field specialty chemical treatment or other similar task ( laboratory technician/analysis).
• Hold/having certificate as PPC (Petugas Pengambil Contoh) Gas Bumi, Crude/Condensate and Waste.
• Hold/having certificate as Operator/Teknisi Gas Bumi and Crude Oil/Condensate.

5. Housekeeping & Grass Cutting Man

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Cleaning work place including facilities Equipment (Instruments air compressor, Nitrogen unit, Flare/Vent Stack, Open drain, Closed drain, Condensate metering, Gas metering, Slug catcher, Emergency diesel generator, Gas engine generator, Fuel gas and Warehouse.
• Grass Cutting for SAPI ROW pipe line 4 km
• Grass Cutting From ORF GAS Export pipe line until to 42 inch tie in point to TEPI.
• Cleaning window, doors, glass and frame for Technical Building (including Pantry and Musholla).
• Cleaning and washing the garbage.
• Cleaning air condition grill, lamp shades, partition, celling & sticker periodically.

Qualifications & Experience

• Have minimum working experience at Handil area minimum 3 years for Cleaning service and housekeeping jobs.
• Housekeeping & Grass Cutting shall be from Handil Population and having Handil ID cards.

6. Chemical Engineer

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Corrective Maintenance due to chemical treatment.
• Optimization and Efficiency of chemical usage.
• Develop a trending analysis on every chemicals applications, water analysis result, differential pressure, etc.
• Corrosion and scale monitoring.
• Perform chemical bottle test as needed by COMPANY.
• Perform a bacteria survey and analysis.
• Perform chemicals analysis as requested by operations
• Troubleshooting.
• On behalf of COMPANY to do QA/QC to Laboratory Analysis.
• Represent COMPANY to the related technical meeting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum holding S1 degree in related chemical engineering/science.
• Computerize Documentation System.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Minimum of 5 years experiences in the oil field specialty chemical treatment or other similar task.

7. Scaffolder

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Participate in all scaffolding activities in a safe and reasonable manner at all times as per Deck Foreman instructions.
• Maintain close lia ison with the Deck Foreman and Marine Supt during the Operations and ensure good communication and coopera tion with the crews involved.
• Guarantee good performance of the scaffolding activities and establish periodically a maintenance check list.
• Report to the Deck Foreman for any deficiencies or malfunctions or outstanding in the field.
• Assist deck team prior scaffolding activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificates of scaffolder competencies from approved training body (MIGAS,Naker, etc.).
• Computerize Documentation System.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• 5 years experience as offshore sca ffolder.

8. Welder

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Participate in all welding activities in a safe and reasonable manner at all times as per Maintenance Supervisor instructions.
• Maintain close liaison with the Senior Mechanic Engineer and Maintenance Supervisor during the Operations and ensure good communication and cooperation with the crews involved.
• Guarantee good performance of the welding activities and establish a welding check list.
• Report to the Senior Mechanic Engineer for any deficiencies or malfunctions or outstanding in the field.
• Assist deck team prior welding activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificates of 3G position Migas certification (stainless steel and carbon steel) or competencies from approved training body (Naker, etc.).
• Computerize Documentation System.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• 5 years experience as offshore welder.

9. Fitter

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Participate in all piping activities in a safe and reasonable manner at all t imes as per Maintenance Supervisor instructions.
• Maintain close liaison with the Senior Mechanic Engineer and Maintenance Supervisor during the Operations and ensure good communication and cooperation with the crews involved.
• Guarantee good performance of the welding activities and establish a piping check list.
• Report to the Senior Mechanic Engineer for any deficiencies or malfunctions or outstanding in the field.
• Assist deck team prior piping activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificates of pipe fitter competencies from approved training body (MIGAS,DlsNaKer, etc.).
• Computerize Documentation System.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• 5 years experience as offshore fitter.

10. Painter

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Participate in all painting activities in a safe and reasonable manner at all times as per Marine and Logistic Superintendent instructions.
• Maintain close liaison with the Deck Foreman and Marine and Logistic Superintendent during the Operations and ensure good communication and cooperation with the crews involved.
• Guarantee good performance of the welding activities and establish a piping check list.
• Report to the Deck Foreman for any deficiencies or malfunctions or outstanding in the field.
• Assist deck team prior painting activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificates LSPCI (Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Coat ing Indonesia) from BNSP (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi) or painter competencies from approved training body.
• Computerize Documentation System.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• 5 years experience as offshore fitter.

11. Helper

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Participate in all painting activities in a safe and reasonable manner at all times as per Marine and Logistic Superintendent instructions.

12. Electrical Technician Assistance

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Ensure production activities are carried out in compliance with all relevant procedures and legal requirements
• Liaison with Electrical Technician and operations personnel to ensure all work is co-coordinated and aligned with production priorities and within the job plan & schedules issued include reporting by the Planner from the CMMS.
• Liaise with Planner & Scheduler with regard to the forward planning of spare parts deliverability and in determining min/max stock levels of spare parts and maintenance consumables on the facility.
• To complete all Maintenance Assessment Program’s modules and assist mentoring other members to minimize skills & knowledge gap between Electrical team.
• Produce comprehensive and accurate shift and crew change handover notes.
• Support and conduct Electrical maintenance inspections and tests, function tests and evaluate electrical equipment operation and condition to determine remedial action.
• Ensure all relevant electrical equipment is fully operational, in service, maintained safely, effectively and in accordance with procedures and equipment design codes and standards.
• To support safe start up and shutdown of process facilities.
• Carry out risk assessments for all high risk activities, with particular attention to recognizing the impact of change.
• Prepare maintenance activities for flawless execution, ensuring permits, PPE, tools, materials, equipment, work site preparation, toolbox talks, are in place and completed at all times
• Ensure compliance with Operating Policies and Procedures, EHS requirements and initiatives.
• Ensure that all Safety Critical Element PM’s are completed with plan.
• Carry out major services, overhauls and breakdown maintenance on equipment responsible for as well as scheduled planned and corrective maintenance for optimal reliability and performance of equipment.
• Assist in root cause failure analysis with Supervisors
• Ensure that any changes to electrical controlled documentation, as a result of MOC (management of Change) work, are captured and correctly recorded.
• If required, attend Emergency work after normal working hours on a callout basis.
• Apply the lessons learned from design reviews, receiving inspections, and risk management findings and support team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices
• Maintain complete and accurate equipment history records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Manage relevant reporting and administration work based on the needs of the respective organization (including data recording, correspondence, etc., based on the function of this posit ion).
• Ensure that any changes to Electrical controlled documentation, as a result of MOC (management of Change) work, are captured and correctly recorded.
• Ensure the confidentiality of the company’s documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical High School or equivalent.
• Computer: Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• 5 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience.

13. Instrument Technician Assistance

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Ensure production activities are carried out in compliance with all relevant procedures and legal requirements
• Liaison with Instrument Technician and operations personnel to ensure all work is co-coordinated and aligned with production priorities and within the job plan & schedules issued include reporting by the Planner from the CMMS.
• Liaise with Planner & Scheduler with regard to the forward planning of spare parts deliverability and in determining min/max stock levels of spare parts and maintenance consumables on the facility.
• To complete all Maintenance Assessment Program’s modules and assist mentoring other members to minimize skills & knowledge gap between Instruments team.
• Produce comprehensive and accurate shift and crew change handover notes.
• Conduct and coordinate Instrument maintenance contractors (if any) inspections and calibrations, function tests and evaluate Instrument and Control equipment operation and condition to determine remedial action.
• Ensure all relevant Instrument and Control equipment is fully operational, in service, maintained safely, effectively and in accordance with procedures and equipment design codes and standards.
• To support safe start up and shutdown of process facilities.
• Carry out risk assessments for all high risk activities, with particular attention to recognizing the impact of change.
• Prepare maintenance activities for flawless execution, ensuring permits, PPE, tools, materials, equipment, work site preparation, toolbox talks, are in place and completed at all times.
• Ensure compliance with Operating Policies and Procedures, EHS requirements and initiatives.
• Ensure that all Safety Critical Element PM’s are completed with plan.

15. Production Operator Assistance

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Ensure production activities are carried out in compliance with all relevant procedures and legal requirements
• Management and quality control of the CMMS technical data and Planned Front Line Maintenance Routines held within the CMMS planned maintenance and material inventory control modules.
• Using experience and knowledge to investigate and rectify operational problems.
• Proactively analyse field data and develop action plans to improve production performance that can add value to the asset through improved reliability and uptime.
• Liaise with Production Field Operator and Central Control Room Operator and related parties to ensure daily production targets achieved.
• To complete all Production/Operation Assessment Program’s module and assist mentoring others member to minimize skills & knowledge gap between operation team members.
• Produce comprehensive and accurate shift and crew change handover notes.
• To ensure safe start up and shutdown of process facilities.
• Emergency Response Team member.
• Identify any abnormal process conditions and take immediate corrective action to ensure safe and continuous production.
• Assist Production Supervisor to Develop Plant Operating Procedures and guidelines for all JKK & JKNE operation facility.
• Ensure that all operation tasks are carried out according to company’s established policies, legal requirement procedures and professional standards.
• Ensure appropriate risk assessments are carried out for all operation & maintenance activities, with particular attention to recognizing the impact of change.
• Ensure that all planned and Front Line Maintenance tasks associated with equipment and facilities structure are considered and that all opportunities to minimise downtime of equipment are investigated to deliver maximum value.
• Gather record data from process faci lities.
• Integral member of the pre- commissioning, commissioning and start -up teams for the Offshore JKK & JKNE Complex.
• Apply the lessons learned from design reviews, receiving inspections, and risk management findings and support team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Area authorizations during SIMOPS & Normal Operation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical High School or equivalent.
