6 Sigma Project Manager (CPS Black Belt) – Based in Batam
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Our client is the world largest Heavy Equipment manufacturer.
Responsibilities
Maintain conformance to budgetary limitations in all departmentsMaintains compliance with company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices
Direct and manage all Value Stream operations with overall responsibilities for production, manufacturing engineering, material, quality and other production related activities.
Integrate Continuous Improvement ideas as part of the process and drive their teams towards standard work. Ensure projects are integrated with other business activities, improvement projects, and the business strategy.
This position has significant impact on the success of the Production System. CPS will help make the working environment a safer place to work, improve the company’s ability to meet customer expectations, improve quality, reduce cycle times, reduce cost and increase profits.
Must be a results oriented change agent who is proficient in the use of CPS tools and methodologies. Must be willing and able to effectively coach, teach and develop.
Requirements
Must be or have 6 Sigma Black Belt training or Project Management experiencePrior supervisory experience is a plus.
Must have project management skills, team leadership skills, and good communication skills.
