We are a public company which operates in the Oil and gas field services sector. The Company provides onshore and offshore drilling services to oil and gas producers and other related services. The Company operates a fleet of drilling unit comprises submersible swamp barges, jack-up rigs and onshore drilling rigs.
We are looking for qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. Legal & Compliance Officer

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree in Law
• Having 3 – 5 years of working experience in in-house Legal or Law Firm
• Good knowledge on corporate finance regulations
• Good knowledge on agreement drafting
• Good understanding on Capital Market Regulations
• Good knowledge in lands regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• English Proficiency Skills (both oral & written)

2. Receptionist

Jobdesc:

• Counter calls promptly, respectfully and represent the company wisely
• Greet visitors and make waiting time as comfortable as possible after notifiying pertinent individuals
• Record, Sort Send and distribute mail and fax to addressee and reservation to outgoing document.
• Substitution to the BOD secretary in their absent related to the incoming calls.
• Arrange reservation and Guaranty Letter for accommodations
• Manage the use of Meeting Rooms

Requirements:

• Female
• D3/ S1 in any major
• Having 1 – 2 years of experience as Receptionist
• Computer literate
• Good communication and administration skill
• Good command in English (both oral and written)

3. Chief Mechanic (Land Rig)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as Chief Mechanic or Maintenance Supervisor (standalone) on a 1000 -2000HP drilling rig.
• Prior work Experience with OEM (CAT /NOV/TESCO) a plus.
• OEM training and certification considered a plus.
• Essential: Minimum Vocational / Trade School certified (Millwright, Heavy Diesel Mechanic) from a recognized institute.
• Computer Literate (MS Office, Outlook)
• Proficient in English (written & oral)

4. Chief Electrician (Land Rig)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as Chief Electrician or Maintenance Supervisor (standalone) on a 1000 -2000HP drilling rig.
• Prior work Experience with OEM (CAT /NOV/ ABB/ Siemens) a plus
• OEM training and certification considered a plus.
• Essential: Minimum Vocational / Trade School certified (Industrial Electrician / licentiate) from a recognized institute.
• Electrician’s License (MV) a plus
• Computer Literate (MS Office, Outlook)
• Proficient in English (written & oral)
