Retail Project Manager
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- To make yourself part of a project all the way through - from job warning and project initiation at the start to final cost reconciliation and wash up meetings.
- Quality & timeline control at every stage, proactively avoiding deviations from the desired goal
- Working closely with every key person – Client, 3D designer and 3rd party vendors of production, to create the best work for both the client's sake and our own
- Arranging and attending briefings, reviews, and pre-presentation meetings during all stages of retail projects.
- Working closely with the nominated production partners for the project, ensuring they are supported and facilitated as necessary.
- Work with account, creative and production teams to proactively develop new & innovative ideas/design that will benefit the client business
- Vendor selection, direct and monitor outside vendors work to ensure on-time delivery and production quality
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Construction management/ Interior, Master degree is preferred.
- Strong project management skills and keen understanding of creative development process, construction method, and budget control.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing campaigns in Retail, space marketing, Visual Merchandiser /branding activation environment, overseeing project from end-to-end
- Understanding for drawings for productions, software skills of 3D max, 3D/2D AUTOCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator preferred. Plus value if knows how to use google sketch up.
- Understanding for production materials.
- Experience in consumer electronics/FMCG retail projects will be an added advantage
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English
- Dedication to clients and team colleagues, excellence time manager.
- Ability to produce under pressure and management of timelines and production
- Understanding local production vendors well
