General Manager
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Oversees all aspects of the hotel operations
- Uphold and ensure that the operations and management of staff are in accordance to the company's mission and vision statement
- Maximize the financial performance of the hotel
- Investigates and settles guest complaints
- Executes marketing, sales and operational activities, in order to exceed or meet the hotel's business plans
- Deals with general public, customers, employees, unions and government officials with tact and courtesy
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Good multi-tasker to take care of various facets of the hotel operations
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
