Furthermore, since it was established, PT. Kobexindo Equipment has become the exclusive distributor of Jungheinrich Germany and up to now has been marketing its products in Indonesia. Ndonesia growth recently in the field of mining and infrastructure development has created a huge market for heavy equipment. PT. Supervisor
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Telephony, LAN
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess at least SMU, Diploma, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
Job responsibilities:
- Organize his subordinates (staff)
- Creating Job Deskriptions to subordinate staff
- Responsible for the work of staff
- Gives motivation to work to subordinate staff
- Make Work Schedule of Events for employees
- Give a joint briefing Staff
- Creating Jobs Planing Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly.
- Planning, planning activities on the job
- Organizing, coordinated activities and tasks running smoothly
- Staffing, ensuring everyone involved in the tasks and jobs.
- Directing, directing how tasks and work can proceed smoothly.
- Control, exercise control over the activities of the group as well as the work done by the group.
