Perusahaan kami sedang berkembang dan melakukan ekspansi pengembangan property dan menjadikan perusahaan pengembang yang terdepan di Kota Batam.

Purchasing Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate, monitor and negotiate the purchase request and checking the report of Dept. Purchasing
• Conduct analysis, comparison and negotiation in each procurement of both goods and services
•  To meet user demand in accordance with the procedures and standards that exist
• Conduct periodic evaluation of all vendors
• Make purchases goods needed
• Maintain professional relationships  with suppliers
• Make monthly reports to the purchase and outstanding PO
• Make a purchase the tools, goods, such as office supplies, to be provided as required by each department
• Create and print PO (Purchase Order) and send it to the vendor, so that the buying process can run well on schedule.

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Others or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Regular bidding and purchasing with multiple vendors.
• Honestly, nimble, energetic, able to work under pressure.
• Able to work on time (In accordance with the deadlines)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication in English  (Oral & Writing)
• Willing to work in Batam
