Villa Rental & Sales Agent

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Architecture, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Secretarial, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in one of the related fields is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Canggu,Umalas,Seminyak.
• Applicants must be mobile with own motorbike.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Real Estate, Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
• Only Full-Time position(s) available.

Personal requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• General PC and Marketing knowledge.
• Must have local work experience in Bali, preferrably in Real Estate or Tourism.
• Self-confident, flexible and pro-active working attitude.
• Strong motivation, patience and ability to focus on priorities.
• Comfortable to ride a scooter and to work hard, indoor & outdoor.
• No expat position available – only Indonesian citizens.

 Main Job tasks:

• Research and list new villas for rent & sale around Sanur area. Shoot photos, list details of villas and sign marketing contracts with property owners. Summarize property information and prepare data entry.
• Facilitate client inquiries and manage rental / sales process until closing the deal.
• Consult tenants, buyers and property owners with profound legal & marketing advice.
• Preparing villa check-ins for property owners and tennants.
• Mediating and problem solving between tennants and owners if needed.
