Sales Executive

Job Description :


  • Communicate and follow-up with overseas partners for GIT and FIT requests and reservations.
  • Book all accommodation for confirmed hotel and flight bookings and manage allotments.
  • Register and manage the hotel & flight reservations in the Buffalo Tours Reservation System (BRS).
  • Prepare and monitor hotel, flight and transfer tariff sheets.
  • Quotations and update standard contacts for FIT and FIT packages
  • Create and update standard packages into the Buffalo Tours Reservations System (BRS).
  • Assist team leader / management with product preparations.
  • Ensure operation teams received up to date tour information / documents within deadline.
  • Participate in trainings, workshops, inspections and surveys as scheduled by team leader.
  • Prepare / check monthly reports and invoices


Requirements:


  • Between 22 – 30 years old.
  • University graduate or relevant Diploma.
  • Very good command of English language and skills in additional foreign languages will be an advantage.
  • Personal and professional travel experience in Indonesia is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of Travel and Tour destinations and products in Indonesia.
  • Able to prioritize, manage time and work to deadlines.
  • Well organized with a flair for data systems as your duties will include inputting data accurately.
  • Good command of English skills in writing, listening & reading.
  • Flexible and a positive outlook.
  • Problem solving.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Ms. Excel).
  • High standards of customer service and good communication skills.
  • Being responsible, independent and proactive.
  • Good personality and interpersonal skills plus strong skill in services job.
  • Ready to work under pressure and longer hours in the high seasons.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
