AREA MANAGER (BASED ON BATAM)

Job Description:

• Plan sales operational activities and execute the plan
• Direct and monitor the activities of a sales team to achieve established sales targets within principal and company Standart Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Manage day to day operations of “hinet center”
• Develop “winning” mentality and persistency in achieving company’s goal
• Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required skill(s): good understanding of sales & distribution, excellent communication and sales presentation skills
• Experience in consumer sales by managing direct sales and channel sales, having similar roles in   Operator, FMCG or distribution industry
• Coverage area & to be placed in BATAM
