Tour Operations Assistant

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Chinese (a must), English (prefered)
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bintan.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available
• Job Description:
• Handling tour reservations and coordinate with related section/parties in tour arrangement
• Respond & follow up to any inquiries of tours and accomodation
• Provide daily report of tours and accomodation
• Responsible for cash payment from guests
• Tour guiding in Mandarin language
