PT Citra Tubindo Tbk was established in 1983 to provide the end finishing of OCTG (oil country tubular goods) for the oil industry in Indonesia.
The plant started production in June 1984 as a pioneering enterprise on the island of Batam, situated just 20km south of Singapore and has now become the logistics centre for the oil service industry in all of Indonesia. Both Citra Tubindo’s strategic location, coupled with having a deep water port located in the industrial estate, allows for the efficient global export of its products.
Process Engineer
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Main Function:
- To coordinate with Production, QA and MTC in order to achieved High Quality and productivity
- End Finishing daily process variability control and improvement
- New connection product (Product / samples) Qualification and Validation Process (New Parameter Set up)
- New chemical qualification, verification and validation
Job Description:
- To participate in PO analysis.- To review and ensure all tools & equipments are ready to use base on result of PO analysis.
- To be responsible to prepare all production process parameter base on Quality Plan (MIP – Manufacturing Inspection Plan)
- To Set up and validate, control/monitor Process Parameter Set up & product specification of End Finishing process
- To created & develop End Finishing process technical procedure (SOP & WI) base on technical standard and customers specification required,
- To check, monitor and follow up all of Bench Marking project implementation at End Finishing process (evaluation & review),
- To control tooling life, calibration due date & availability
- To analyze and improve tooling to support process.
- Cycle time improvement evaluation review and implementation
- Process capability study (CPK Evaluation and Analysis) to make sure End Finishing processes are applicable with customers standard requirement
- To conduct failure mode defect analysis, coordinate with QA and supplier.
- To be responsible as auditee for customer audit in term of End Finishing process.
- To be responsible as auditor to conduct & schedule internal process audit of End Finishing process.
- To ensure and follow HSE rules & regulations in daily production activity,
- To be responsible to monitor & follow up sub ordinate's skill & competency.
For Surface Treatment
- To control handling, use, stock & life time of chemical material.
- To be responsible of chemical waste handling, and ensure there is no leakage during process.
For Documentation
- To prepare, validate & filing all the Work Orders (WO) and final documents for End Finishing Process,
- To prepare & review Production & Technical Monthly Report.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma of Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities
- Attentive to details
- Having good written and verbal English communication skills
- Would be an advantage if candidates familiar with continuous improvement tools, 6sigma, or similar methodologies
