IT Support
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Driyorejo,Gresik.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Having additional knowledge on Firewall, Anti Virus and Linux would be advantages
- Having positive mental attitude, self-driven, self-leaderships, result oriented & teachable
- Having good interpersonal and communication skill
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Monitor and maintain the computer systems, application, and network
- Install & configure computer systems, network, and application
- Diagnose Hardware and software problems, provide analysis and solution
- Support the roll-out of news applications
- Monitoring and tuning system performance
- Perform the creation or updates of users accounts and profiles
- Provide technical support to end users
- Making documentation of works and systems
- Coordinate with third parties or other internal IT resources whenever necessary to solve technical , application or network issues
