Production Manager
About The Job
Being the most advanced furniture manufacturing company in indonesia, MEMORY Furniture production is all about producing quality furniture, utilizing the latest woodworking technology to convert raw materials into furniture that are exported worldwide. if you are passionate about furniture, and you are used to dealing with large work force and exposed to many different kinds of mechanical or CNC machines, have broad experience in Lean Management or Six Sigma and consider it a challenge to manage factory that runs in 24 hour's cycle, then this job is for you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire production order, starting from capacity planning to production order completion
- Manage and control production cost for each product as well as each process point to suggest improvement proposals
- Manage, monitor and improve process efficiency involving approximately 400 workers in a 24 hours ( 2 shifts cycle )
- Evaluate and plan with Training Division to built competent multi skilled worker ( Soft Floor )
- Coordinate periodically with other divisions to discuss about order plan, worker issues, process improvements,and quality issues.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.0
- Minimum 3 years working experience in managerial position within manufacturing industry, preferably in Automotive or Upholstery Industri
- Having knowledge & Skill in Lean Manufacturing such as Kanban, TPM, and 5S Method
- Possess the ability to work fast, manage priorities under limited time constraint, and able to perform under high pressure
- Possess an excellent interpesonal and communication skills, able to communicate affectively to all level and Good Leadership
- Excellent skill in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiar with iOS/Android-based Gadgets
- Knowledge in ERP and CAD software is a plus
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Willing to work in BATAM
