Sales Assistant Manager ( Talent Pool )

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN


Develope and maintain relationship with customer to retain and improve the business of South East Asia's leading furniture Design and Manufacturing company

About the job :


MEMORY was founded in 1993 and has been a trusted partner to our loyal customer ssince then and it takes a highly professional Sales Team to make sure customers received world-class customer service. If you kjoin the sales team, you will find daily opportunities to develop and expand our relation with new customer around the world while at the same time keep maintaining relation and ensuring the satisfaction of our existing customer.

You will be part of our creative and energetic team to help Sales Manager manage all aspect of Sales activities and operational in daily basic, to liaise and bridge customers request through within the company coordinate well with other divisions to ensure customers servkice excellence. You will develop and maintain long term relationship with your portfolioof assigned customers to achieve Sales target as you will be responsible for total Sales of US$ 7 million annually. If you are talkative person and love to interact with the crowds, If the love to build and maitain relationship with different kind of people is what drives you every morning, then this is the position for you.

Responsibility :


  • Maintain good relationship with new and existing customer
  • Retain order from customer
  • Respond to customer request
  • Receive and process purchase order from customer
  • Work together with PPIC,Production and warehouse team to ensure production goes on schedule and ready for shipment as requested delivery time
  • Arrange shipment process
  • Create weekly and monthly report to manager


Requirements :


  • Bachelor degree from any discipline, preferably marketing / communication / Business administration
  • Minimum 2 years experience preferably in Export Sales / Marketing
  • Fluent in english both verbal and written  is a must, skill in other language will be considered as a plus 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Powerpoint ) and familiarity with common ERP platform is plus
  • Strong interpesonal  communication skills required and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers at all levels 
  • Demonstrated strong leadership ability, strong organizational skill and ability to effectively plan and prioritize work to meet established  deadlines
  • Willing work to Batam
