Marketing Executive
JOB SUMMARY:
- Developing integrated Marketing Plan with the Marketing Team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication;
- Generate sales leads, sourcing new business opportunities with existing/new customers;
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents, maintaining and updating customer databases;
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
- Monitoring competitor activity;
- Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES:
- Minimum of 2 years on-the-job experience in Marketing for Manufacturing Industry
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (technical is preferable)
- Speak fluent English (other foreign language is an advantage)
- Excellent writing and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Must have excellent time and project management skills
