PROMOTION OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct marketing events, promotion, and branding activities
• Monitor and update website ad social media information
• Execute annual advertising and promotion plan
• Monitor and execute social media networking communication such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc
• Coordinate and work closely with supplier to ensure successful execution of campaigns, promotions, and events
• Coordinate, communicate, and work closely with other department to ensure smooth execution of advertising and promotion activities
• Manage, monitor, and update all digital marketing communication channel and internal media promotions, ensuring it is accurate and current information
• Explore, propose, and secure strategic partners for joint promotions
• Review effectiveness of advertising and promotions activities
• Explore and propose most optimum loyalty program that supports the  business model and provide added value to customers
• Perform creative idea for producing design and layout of all promotion printed media, multimedia and website to make out promotional printed media attractive and appreciated by customer and supplier
• Having good understanding of company core business

REQUIREMENT:

• Maximum 25 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Advertising / Media, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience as Marketing and Promotion staff
• Excellent in customer service skills and able to work as a team
• Good in English and computer literate
• Know about material and production
• Having good communication, organized, and creative
• Willing to travel
