Architect

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Prepare and coordinate with any related infrastructure design development and technical documentation according to design intent.
• Review external consultant design and drawing based on respective project’s design intent and standard.
• Ensure each design document in line with the local authorization, license and permit.
• In-charge in the design coordination work in phase of the coordinated design production among designer(s) and engineer(s).
• Ensure each stages of design production in line with respective standard of deliverable and time schedule.
• Coordinate with PM team in preparation of tender and for-construction document.
• Review the shop drawing on respective project and ensure the intent and standard maintained.
• Liaise with PM team in construction stage to ensure the design constructability, quality and cost control.
• In-charge in maintaining and developing document control and work flow system.

Requirements:

• Architecture Engineering / design education background.
• Minimum 1-2 years intensive experience in design stage and coordination on luxurious/ high-profile project(s). Hospitality project will be advantage.
• Experience in Consultant and, or Contractor. Developer will be advantage.
• Have relevant literacy in computer and basic of project management.
• Have good skill in communication with initiative and proactive attitude.
• Have outstanding skills with autoCAD and Sketchup 3D.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Tabanan - Bali.
