Job Description:
- To support Agency and Employee Benefit department in daily activity in term of training implementation, production, and recruitmennt related with target
- Deliver mandatory training based on Agency and EB's needs
- To support Agency and EB activities i.e. Sales Gathering, COP, or any other events
- To do monthly performance review with supervisor to discuss RAB and any related Agencyand EB activity
- Coordinate with administration department to maintain and give the information about CPD and AAJI matters
Local Grade: 3
Global Grade: Technical/SpecialistQualifications:
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Min. 2 years experience as a trainer in related fields
- Has good knowledge in financial services
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels
- Have good relationship and easy to adapt with new environment
- Computer literate
