QA Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Lead quality team and manage for day to day operation.
- Taking Care about Quality Management and Process Management to Meet Quality management standart and Target.
- Improve and operate the Production quallity and safety management.
- NPI Readiness.
- Playing the role of Training Program to convey the improvement of the Quality knowledges both in the human and the product.
- Handling the project management and play the roll with the related organisation and team.
- Establishing the ISO management system and The Audit program.
Requirements:
- Minimum 30 years old
- College degree or above
- Fluent English both in Speaking and Writing
- Can speak in mandarin is advantage
- Proficient in PC skills on MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solving (8D, 5why, etc) knowledge and skills.
- Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and methods.
- Familiar with leave management system.
- Aplicant from Batam Residence is more preferable.
