Project Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that projects are run in compliance with the Organisation’s requirements
- Providing guidance to project teams
- Maintaining and integrating project plans
- Tracking & reporting overall progress
- Administering the project budget
- Planning & scheduling resources for a group of projects
- Monitoring resource utilisation
- Performing quality reviews
- Establishing and maintaining the project documentation library.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written English.
- Can Speak Mandarin.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- Have a knowledge in electronics industry
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office and relate supported software
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Posses’ minimum 3 years experience in electronic company in same role.
- Good knowledge of electronic circuit analysis is advantages and interesting about computer (hardware and software)
- Posses Initiative, work independent and Team work
- Good analytical skill, problem solving skill, process & product knowledge, leadership skill and the ability to influence change
- Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and methods.
- Aplicant from Batam Residence is more preferable.
Planner
Responsibilities:
- Provide & control daily repair plan and checking material availability based on target.
- Solving problem with external and internal party related job function
- Follow up the project and schedule
- Prepare schedule for Production line to hit the target planned
- Liase with prod line, warehouse and other related department involved about parts planning
Requirements:
