Recruitment Officer
Prepare, monitor, administer, and conduct all recruitment activities (sourcing, head hunters, applicants data, interview result, conduct / scoring psychological test, recruitment report, etc.) to ensure all the recruitment activities are well managed and documented in timely manner.
Requirements:
• Male• Max 30 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably in Psychology.
• Min. 2 years of experience in Human Resources, especially in the arrangement of recruitment and placement in Mining / Construction industry.
•Mas tering Competency Based Interview Technique and exposed to assssment tool utilisation / psychological test.
• Willing to work extended office hours and willing to be assigned in site project when required.
• Posses strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate with all levels.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of some HR information / documents.
• Strong negotiation skill in recruiting process.
Responsibilities:
• To provide and meet requirements from user about recruitment Staff and non staff as per mining consultant requirements• Plan, coordinates and directs the activities involved in the research, development and implementations and maintenance HR programmed for the recruitment, selection, technical and training of employments.
• Develops, implements, administrative, and modifies employment services procedures and system to meet management requirements
• Selects, plans, assigns, supervises and evaluates of works subordinates
• Identifies and solves administrative and IR & HR related issues /matters properly
