Production Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.
- Lead and support product manufacturing/process improvement projects by identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements (i.e. LEAN, efficiency/productivity, yield, quality compliance, safety, overall equipment effectiveness, etc.) through thorough investigation and applied engineering data collection and analysis to effectively utilize equipment, materials and headcount to optimize production capacity and performance maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
- Minimum Required:
- Experience with process or equipment validation and engineering analysis.
- Good technical report writing skills in English.
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead projects involving cross-functional teams.
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Level:
Knowledge of cGMPs / Validation / Laboratory requirementsProcess Improvement
